In 1990 Dennis and Cyndi Cardiff founded Accent Services; a family owned and operated janitorial service located in Bartlett Illinois. Commercial carpet cleaning quickly became an integral part of the business. Throughout the 1990’s the Cardiff’s experimented with various carpet cleaning systems; low moisture foam, encapsulation, shampooing with portable extraction and cleaning with truck mounted hot water extraction. After seeing the amazing results that we had achieved in the field of commercial carpet cleaning, many of our commercial customers invited us to clean the carpeting in their homes as well.
In 2004, after fourteen years in the cleaning industry, in order to provide our customers with the most efficient and effective carpet cleaning method possible, we purchased our first truck mount hot water extraction unit. Dennis and his son’s Nick and Dean became certified carpet cleaning technicians by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Fiber Fresh Carpet Cleaning was born.
Today the Cardiff Family owns and operates Accent Janitorial Services, Inc. dba Fiber Fresh Carpet Cleaning located in Elgin Illinois. Fiber Fresh Carpet Cleaning is a member of the Elgin Area Chamber, Kane County Chamber of Commerce and the International Monetary System (IMS). Currently all of Fiber Fresh’s carpet cleaning technicians are certified by the IICRC.
